First of all I want to thank you all who have participated in the photography module. You folks did an amazing job with your phones, some of you with your DSLR cameras and others using the cameras on your tablet and or chrome books. I am so delighted at how each of you have solved your tech problems and applaud your resiliency during this isolated time.

Since today is our first day intro to video I am going to share my favourite ever sick video on how to edit videos. I love how all the information is condensed into something brilliant and so well done. I am going to get you to watch this video twice, first time just watch it and be sponges and absorb the multitude of splashes of knowledge shared throughout this sick edit.

The second time I want you to watch and pause and make some notes in one paragraph, so 4-5 sentences or at least 12 points in point list form, I want you to e-mail me what you learned about film making, not bike riding. At the end of your e-mail paragraph or point form tell what you are going to film and use for this module?

iPhone, android, computer, DSLR.

We are going to gather footage for the first few days, then we will get to creating a sick edit from your clips. So I will need to know what gear you are filming with so we can have an app to be able to edit those clips together with some sick beats (Copyright free music, "all legal and stuff").

This is going to be sick! Not the sick that is going around, but the cool kinda sick.
