3DS Max (Day 2) "Pimp My Ride"

Yesterday we used Max for the first time. We created 3d objects (primitives) in our scene. We rearranged objects by right clicking on our object selecting move which brought out the gizmo axis which turned yellow to move our objects in a certain direction.

We made duplicates of object by holding the shift key, then clicking the object and moving it on the X, Y or Z axis.

Today we are going to continue adding objects to our car and truck models to make both more elaborate and street worthy. save your file and call it YourLastName_CarTruck

Watch the following videos to learn about how to use the transforms: Move, Rotate and Scale when done. Create your own cylinder to do the following functions as described in the video. Make sure you are comfortable scaling, rotating and moving objects because we are going to create a street scene like on the last image on this post.
